Built around your customers

Show what you do. Make the next step easy.

A referred customer still needs to understand your business. Your website should make your services, service area, experience and contact options easy to find.

We organize your business information, write clear copy from the facts you provide, and bring approved photos and customer feedback into a site you can review before launch.

A practical website check

Could your website be costing you customers?

Look at your website through a potential customer’s eyes. These are the five things we look for when reviewing a business website.

1. Is it clear what you do?

A visitor should quickly understand your services, who you help and where you work. They should not have to search through several pages to work out whether you can help.

2. Is there a reason to trust you?

Real project photos, properly attributed customer reviews and the people behind the business help make your work tangible. Give visitors evidence they can evaluate.

3. Are common questions answered?

Explain your process, what customers can expect and how to request an estimate. Think about the questions people usually ask before they are ready to call.

4. Is it easy to use on a phone?

Read the text, open the menu and try the inquiry form on your phone. Small text, confusing navigation and difficult forms can get in the way of contacting you.

5. Is the next step obvious?

Make it easy to find your phone number or submit an inquiry. Explain what someone should do next and what happens after they get in touch.

Your website should help someone feel confident enough to contact you, then make doing that easy.

What we plan with you

Clear service pages

Explain the work you offer, who it is for and what customers can expect. Your proposal defines the page count and the services covered.

Real work and real people

Use approved project photos, a gallery and team information to help customers understand your business. We use verified credentials and properly attributed customer feedback.

Local relevance

Describe the places you actually serve, with accurate business details and useful local context. Separate area pages are included only where the scope and available content support them.

A clear inquiry path

Give visitors an easy way to call or request an estimate. We agree on where inquiries should go and test the form and delivery route before launch.

Search foundations included in the plan

We plan descriptive page titles, clear headings, internal links, image descriptions, a sitemap and appropriate structured data. Search Console setup can be included where you provide access.

Useful service descriptions and answers to real customer questions help explain your business to people and search systems. A new website does not guarantee Google rankings, indexing, leads or mentions in AI answers.

Connect your website with reviews and listings support

How your website project works

We agree on the work and price first, then guide you through the content, review and launch.

  1. 01

    Agree on scope and price

Define your goals, priority services and inquiry process. Your proposal sets the pages, writing, photos, forms, revisions, platform and launch work before you commit.

  2. 02

    Gather your materials

Share your business details, service areas, approved photos and any existing website access. We use these to develop your content and design.

  3. 03

    Review and refine

Review the website, confirm the facts and complete the agreed revisions before launch.

  4. 04

    Test, launch and hand over

Check mobile layouts, links and inquiry delivery. Complete the agreed launch and handover, with ownership and access documented.

What about running costs and ongoing support?

Domain, hosting, paid software and optional ongoing care are disclosed separately. Content updates, additional pages, reviews and listings management, and ongoing search work can be scoped separately. They are not automatically bundled into the build.

Online stores, custom booking systems, integrations, original photography and extensive migrations require a separate scope. Timing depends on the agreed work, materials, access and approvals.

Questions business owners ask

How much does a business website cost?

Business websites start at $2,495 as a one time project. Your proposal defines the pages, writing, photo preparation, forms, revisions, platform and launch work. Larger or more complex projects are quoted to scope.

Domain, hosting, paid software and optional ongoing care are separate. We confirm your scope and total price before work begins.

How can I tell if my website is costing me potential customers?

Start with five questions. Can someone immediately understand what your business does? Do you give them reasons to trust you, including real project photos, customer reviews and the people behind the business? Does your site answer common questions about your process and getting an estimate? Is it easy to read and use on a phone? And is the next step obvious?

Small text, confusing navigation, difficult forms and missing information can all create friction. These are useful warning signs to investigate. To understand whether visitors are actually being lost, review inquiry data and test the contact process.

Can you improve my existing website?

We first review your platform, access and goals. We can then scope updates to the current site or recommend a rebuild where that better fits the work. Platform compatibility is confirmed before agreement.

Do I need to write all the content?

No. Writing can be included in your scope. We develop copy from your answers and existing material, then ask you to confirm facts, services and claims before publication.

What photos should I send?

Start with clear photos of finished projects, your team, vehicles or workplace that you have permission to publish. Add a short description of the work shown. We help select photos suited to the agreed pages.

Will the website create my Google Business Profile?

A website and a Google Business Profile are separate. Profile setup or updates can be scoped where appropriate, but business eligibility and any verification steps must be handled through Google.

Can you manage our reviews too?

Yes. Reviews and listings management is a separate service with its own scope and pricing. We can discuss it alongside the website so your business information and inquiry experience stay consistent.

Is this the same as the personal website package?

No. This service is scoped for a business and its services. Our professional website package is designed around one individual and their experience.
